When it comes to genes I have always said I believe more in foods running in the family causing the problem then later I’ve heard that vitamins can reverse genetic diseases.

You are right, however its the “environment” that control and activate the genes. Your environment is what food you eat, and what thoughts and emotions you are felling. You cells are your friends and they listen to your internal dialogue all the time. So if you tell yourself you are worthless, then that is what your cells will listen to , and give you in return(dis-ease). However if you Love yourself, then your cells will be healthy.
